1. Note down revision/changes requests from customer
2. Forward the revision requests to the booking agent with full details such as booking ID, customer name, agent name, service date, revised date, location or service
Example:

Change vehicle from GMC to Staria

3. Get revised voucher and forward it to the:
a. Guests
b. Agents
